The machine is equipped with
- Speed electronic control of the bottles inload and outload members; it is synchronized with the carrier basket beams movement by means of an encoder.
- Automatic bottles inload with fingers system that, with elliptic movement, take the bottles from the accumulation table into the baskets. A safety device stops the machine in case of accidents during the introduction of the bottles into the baskets. The motorisation is by screw reducer. This inload system grants little maintenance, no adjustment changing the bottles size and quietness.
- Automatic discharge with rotating cam made of HDPE for bottles fall and their accompanying onto the conveyor belt, complete of safety device.
- Anti-drops system at the unloading, to avoid the problem of the drops can falling down inside of the bottles.
- Unloading conveyor body made of stainless steel AISI 304 with two ways, complete of idle head (drive head excluded).
- Safety clutches operating at the inload and outload in case of accident during introduction and unloading of the bottles.
- Broken glasses and drops collecting easy to access tank positioned before bottle fall.
- Motorization with oil baths gear reducer, equipped with safeties stopping the machine in case in case of overload.
- Spraying system with self-cleaning rotating nozzles.
- Solenoid valve able to stop the water flow in the final rinse when the machine is standstill.
- Water pre-filtration on all pumps of the spraying stations.
- Electric pumps and filters of spraying stations made of AISI 304.
- Pressure gauge on all spraying pumps and on the final rinse.
- Heating system by pipes coil plunged into the tanks, with pipes made of stainless steel Aisi 304, fully detachable for inspections.
- Pneumatic modulating valves to check and adjust automatically the bath temperatures.
- Label taking off stations in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd immersion bath complete of label extraction systems with filtering net and rotating brush at label outload.
- Steam chimney positioned in the upper part of the machine complete of suction unit in stainless steel.
- Digital speed-meter.
- Digital thermometer in the hot caustic tank.
- Thermic insulation of steam pipes made with polyurethane and covering stainless steel sheet.
- The machine is provided with a single inlet for all water, steam and electrical supplies with various distribution points.
- All the tanks are equipped with double cleaning and inspecting openings positioned in order to allow an easy maintenance.
- Thermometers on all the tanks easily visible for the operator.
- Gauges on all pressure pipes easily visible for the operator.
- Access platform for inspection positioned all around the machine.
- Centralized lubrication system with lubricators located in one single point on each side of the machine (without pump)
- Safeties on all moving mechanical parts.

This system is able
- to give a perfect synchronism and centring between sprays and bottles, even during the normal chain extension;
- a very long spraying time with an arched development perfectly widespread along the sides and the bottom of the bottles;
- a self-cleaning effect assured from a flow reversal every 180°: dismantling and cleaning are unnecessary.
