The company lays the emphasis on manufacturing, delivery, assembling and technical service of the equipment for beer manufacturing and filling. • a digester section made of copper and stainless steel within brewing department, both for atmospheric brewing and brewing under low pressure; different working capacity both for brewing house, for mini breweries and brewing bars;

• fermentation and lagering tanks, central-conical tanks of the necessary volume together with the piping, automatic control unit, with the cooling by ammonia or glycol;
• technological equipment for yeast dilution and its keeping. Non-demountable CIP washing systems;
• equipment for washing crates and glass bottles, single- and double-stage rinsers, depalletizers and palletizers;
• equipment for capping and filling into glass bottles and aluminum cans, including double vacuumization, working capacity from 3000 up to 60 000 BPH;
• automatic labeling machine for 1-2-3-4 labels in order to design the production by polypropylene, shrink or foil labels, with the usage of cold glue, glue with the heating, and hot glue;
• equipment for filling into KEG barrels with the volume 30 L and 50 L of different working capacity; automatic machines of external and internal washing KEG, graders;
• equipment for beer filtration, combi-filters, mixing and attenuation systems of dense beer; carbonators, and aerators;
• equipment for beer thermal treatment in the flow, including automatic control, buffer capacity, automatic registration systems of pasteurization procedures;
• tunnel and camera pasteurizers of the necessary working capacity;
• equipment for filling of beer into PET bottles of different working capacity: rinsers, monoblocs and triblocs, packaging systems in shrink film;
• automatic and semi-automatic PET blowing equipment of necessary volume;
• compressor and refrigerating equipment; orientators and PET bottles delivery system onto filling line.

Working experience and implementation of our projects on the delivery of complete lines and separate items of the equipment for beer manufacturing and its filling are always at your disposal.
