Filling monoblock for beer and kvass VERAL 40/8 PET

Technical characteristics

  • Type - VERAL 40/8 P-PET with short-tube filling valves up to the filling level;
  • Production capacity - up to 4000 BPH;
  • Bottle volume - 2 L;
  • Excessive filler allows for low incrementation of oxygen up to maximum of 0.42 mg O2/L;
  • Perfect for filling of beer and kvass into PET;
  • Completely overhauled.

Consisting of

  • Control panel made of stainless steel;
  • Automatic guiding system based on SIEMENS S 200;
  • Automatic fluent filling speed control by frequency converter;
  • Safety guardrail with sound-absorbing quality;
  • Peripheral conveyor belt with orientation unit for transporting and positioning of plastic caps to the capping heads;
  • Basic set of parts for 2.0 L PET bottle;
  • Possibility of rinsing PET bottles before filling with CO2. The quantity of CO2 and duration of rinsing can be adjusted;
  • Synchronization of integrated machines - one main drive for filler and capper - to safe space and cut operational costs;
  • Rotation of capping heads is supported by the individual drive with controlled rotation force synchronized by frequency converter.
