Automatic rinsing machine is designed for rinsing of the bottles interior surface by prepared water, detergents or special rinsing solutions. The number of rinsing grippers and the structure of the rinser is to be determined in accordance with the technical inquiry of the customer.

Water quality and rinsing temperature is to be determined by sanitary regulations. All parts and assembly units of the rinser coming into contact with the internal surface of the bottle as well as with water are made of special food materials according to the ÐÒÌ 27-72-15-82 "Usage procedure for metals, synthetic and other materials, coming into contact with food products and environment".

Operating conditions - closed area with ambient temperature t=10-30°Ñ. Allowable relative air humidity not more than 95 %.

Rinsing machine could be manufactured also for external bottle rinsing by several cleaning fluids, including the multiple use of the detergents.
