"Machinery and Technology" company is offering a wide range of oil filling lines into glass and PET bottles, aluminium cans and tins. By request of the customer,the above mentioned equipment could be equipped with the inert gas injection device, PET blowing equipment, box forming and taping machines.

LR2 and LR5 series are designed for automatic filling into PET bottles from 0.5 - 5 liters, automatic capping by plastic screw or push-on caps, production capacity of the lines up to 3 000 BPH, fully automatic. Filling of vegetable oil is executed by volume. Dosing accuracy - ±0.5%.

• Filling line of vegetable oil, producing capacity 1000 BPH
• Filling line of vegetable oil, producing capacity 3000 BPH
• Automatic filling line of vegetable oil, producing capacity 500-700 and 1500 BP

Applicable Technology: individual control sensors of bottle location, operating system - "no bottle - no fill", device for negating last drop effect, filling control is executed via individual electronic counters. Dosing accuracy ±0.5%, guaranteed delivery of spare parts during 10 years.
