In march 2006 company "Machinery and Technology" began serial production of absolutely new filling lines. Lines from LR-2 series are designed for automatic filling of vinegar into glass and PET bottles, volume ranging from 0.25 to 2.0 L, automatic or semi-automatic capping with screw cap and labeling with self-adhesive and paper label. As an end package we are offering packaging machine into shrink film.

Key Features of LR-2 series

• individual control meters for bottle positioning;
• operating system - "no bottle - no fill".

The filling of vinegar is executed "by level". Dosing accuracy - 2.0 %. The line includes automatic electromechanical capping and labeler for self-adhesive and paper labels. All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The gaskets and connecting elements are made of resistant materials withholding the aggressive vinegar. The equipment is easy in operation and service.
