Semiautomatic filling line LR 5-250 is destined for: rinsing of PET-bottles and plastic containers by prepared water, filling of food liquids (drinking water, vegetable and mineral oil), capping of PET bottles or plastic containers, volume 3-10 liters, with the specified force. Producing capacity up to 300 units/hour. At the installation of the glue applying device on the label (optional), it is possible to apply it on the PET bottle manually.

Set of equipment for filling water into PET bottles and plastic containers 3-10 liters (producing capacity up to 300 units/hour)- represents nodes of automatic doser, mounted on the same working table and automatic capping.

Such operations as: rinsing, dosing of liquids, capping with the specified force are executed automatically at the manual tare installation on the appropriate position.

Dosing is executed with the help of electronic scales that have a feedback system with the processor of automatic filler. Dosing accuracy is about - 0.5-1.0% from dosing nominal.
