Line LR-2/1000 is designed for automatic filling of wine into glass and PET bottles from 0.5 to 2.0 L, automatic capping with screw cap and labeling with self-adhesive or paper label.
The line includes automatic capping machine and labeler for self-adhesive label. All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 304. The equipment is easy in operation and service.
As a final package we are offering (like option)packaging machine into shrink film or corrugated boxes. Options include equipment for application of shrink cap and excise stamp, pasteurization equipment and filters, unit for injection of inert gas prior to filling, as well as a modification for hot-fill. All of the equipment is made of stainless steel.
